Open, publicly-scheduled courses, are courses where your staff can learn in the company of people from other businesses.
The most unique feature of our training is our Action Planning process. No other training company works as hard as we do with Action Planning.
Throughout the course participants are required to add items to their Action Plan. These are things that they intend to change about their processes based on what they are learning. We ask that each participant take his/her Action Plan back to their manager after the course.
We are happy to meet with delegates and their managers 4-6 weeks after the training for a Post Course Follow-Up. This meeting is to assess the effectiveness of the training; not the individual.
